How Do I Forgive Myself | Nov 1 2026

Nov 1, 2026  •  Pastor Keith Moore

What do we do with the weight of guilt we carry? This message takes us on a deeply honest journey into one of the most universal human struggles: the inability to forgive ourselves. Drawing from the stories of Pontius Pilate, Peter, and Judas Iscariot, we see that human beings have been reaching for the same broken solutions for centuries -- blaming others, running and hiding, and covering up what we have done. None of these strategies work. None of them ever have. But here is where the message turns from diagnosis to hope: God has not left us without a way forward. Through a series of powerful promises drawn from Psalm 103, Romans 8, Hebrews 8, and Isaiah 1, we are reminded that for those who belong to Christ, the guilt is not just managed -- it is removed. As far as the east is from the west. Remembered no more. These are not motivational phrases. They are the declared promises of God. The challenge set before us is to receive these promises by faith, to live as if they are actually true, because they are. This is a message that meets us exactly where we are and points us toward a freedom that is already ours to claim.
